I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from KSU, backed by certifications including Certified Scrum Master, SHRM-CP®, ICP-ACC, CTC, and Career Consultant.
For me, success has never been just about itineraries — it’s about crafting experiences that create fulfillment, balance, and lasting memories. That belief led me to found Innershift LLC in 2008, a boutique coaching and consulting practice that helps individuals align their careers — and their travel — with their deepest purpose.
Today, I balance entrepreneurship with soft living. I’ve been married to my best friend for over 29 years, and together we’ve raised two accomplished sons (and one very spoiled dog, Willow). When I’m not consulting or planning someone’s next trip, you’ll find me chasing hidden gems around the world, soaking up new cultures, and savoring the quiet luxuries of time freedom and meaningful connection.
